Floral Sweater Dress

All my Utah readers will know this too well, but Spring weather in  Utah is all over the place. One day it’s bright & sunny, and the next day it snows six inches (ahem, last week).  This sweater dress from AdornIt Boutique is my new best friend because it is great on a sunny day, and can be dressed for cooler days as well! Also, who just doesn’t love a good floral pattern?? It also has the cutest eyelet lace detail across the top of the shoulders. It’s the little things in life, ya know?

I paired this sweater dress with a blue gingham shirt (gotta have a little pattern contrast!). I love yellow and blue together right now, so I chose a yellow beaded necklace to give a more “springy” color palate to the outfit. I added a belt around the waist to give a more hourglass shape and through on my favorite booties and was set! This would be the perfect outfit for wearing around campus, to lunch dates, or everyday errands!
