How To: Wear Leather Leggings {Part 3}

Hello all!

I hope you’ve been enjoying the looks I’ve been putting together with leather leggings! If you are just getting started here, welcome! You can see my previous posts on styling leather leggings here and here– go check them out!

It has been so much fun putting this blog post series together. One of my favorite things to do when it comes to styling is finding a piece of clothing that, at first thought, makes me nervous to wear! Leather leggings definitely have that intimidation factor at first, but when I gave them a try, I loved them!

How to Wear Leather Leggings: With a Feminine Tunic Dress

This look is the most feminine (in my opinion) of all the looks I’ve done. I decided to add a floral tunic dress over the leather leggings. I like this combination for a few different reasons. Obviously, by my blog title, I like to dress modestly. This tunic dress is too short for me to be comfortable in alone. Normally, I would just wear regular black leggings underneath, but the leather leggings give so much more visual interest! The texture differences really make this normal outfit become extra special! Also, I like this look because the leather leggings aren’t revealed as much. The dress hits down lower, and becomes more of the focal point of the outfit than the leggings, which is nice every once in awhile. So, if you are wanting to give leather leggings a try, but are nervous to jump right in to wearing them, pairing them with a tunic dress is a great place for you to start!

I also paired this look with black, pointed-toe, strappy heels, a black undershirt for coverage, and my favorite Mindy Mae’s Market necklace. What do you think of this look? What’s been your favorite look out of this series? How would YOU wear leather leggings? Really, I would LOVE to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
