Fall is my FAVORITE season. I love the layering and the patterns, without it being too cold! One of my favorite fall trends is buffalo plaid (curious why it is called buffalo plaid? So was I- read this article here if you want to know more!). Nothing beats a bold red and black plaid!

Vests are obviously a big trend in fall as well (they’re like coats without arms haha). Keeps you warm but not hot in the cooler temps! So, Fall had a great idea one day and said “Lets make a buffalo plaid vest and all will be right with the world”.  And that is the story of how this great fall vest came to be.

Because I wanted the vest to be the statement in my outfit, I paired it with a plain white tee and distressed denim.  Makes for a super casual outfit that you can run around in, but still look “on fleek” (my students taught me that word haha).  Throw in some cute booties and sunnies and you are ready to go!!
